Requirements
Must:
- 5-7 years of experience in application support or a related field
- Technical degree or equivalent practical experience
- Proven proficiency in various software applications and computer systems
- In-depth understanding of multi-tiered architecture design and implementation
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business solutions
- Experience in designing custom application code across multiple programming languages
- Capability to create and maintain systems documentation
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- 3+ years of AWS experience, including familiarity with the AWS Console
- 5 years of experience with Linux for process, disk, and file management
- 5 years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL
Responsibilities
- Utilize a variety of software applications and computer systems proficiently
- Assess and differentiate the features, benefits, and drawbacks of various software solutions
- Design and implement multi-tiered architecture effectively
- Research and analyze solutions to meet business requirements
- Develop custom application code, employing various programming languages and tools for coding and debugging
- Engage in projects aiming at the development of new systems to support our operations
- Create and uphold comprehensive systems documentation
- Collaborate with business users and support teams to troubleshoot issues related to custom applications
- Investigate and devise solutions for enhancements to existing supported applications
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication with stakeholders
