Requirements
Must:
- Appian Analyst and Appian Designer Level certifications are mandatory.
- Proven ability to lead a geographically dispersed engineering team.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java, Python, etc.).
- Practical experience with Appian Sites and intricate SAIL forms.
- Demonstrated experience executing multiple integrations with external systems.
- Competence in scoping, sizing, and estimating Appian projects.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Appian applications and web-based solutions.
- Offer technical guidance to mid-level developers as necessary.
- Comprehend the distinctions between REST and SOAP and the fundamental principles of web service integration.
- Partner with business users to translate business requirements into technical designs, including data mapping and loading into data warehouses.
- Develop critical Appian-based applications and corresponding integration components using Java.
- Create Appian BPM applications and link them with external or COTS systems.
- Estimate, size, and manage Appian business requirements; act as a problem solver throughout the design and development process.
- Debug and troubleshoot Interfaces, SAIL forms, and Process Models.
