Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in digital accessibility and inclusive design
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA and related standards
- Familiarity with assistive technologies and automated testing tools
- Ability to conduct thorough audits and evaluations of design systems
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities
- Lead accessibility assessments of design systems and content management solutions
- Develop documentation to enhance user accessibility for internal systems
- Create guidance materials, job aids, checklists, and training content for knowledge bases
- Evaluate web and mobile user experiences using assistive technologies to identify accessibility challenges
- Validate products according to WCAG 2.2 AA standards and other relevant accessibility criteria
- Document clear, actionable accessibility defects with comprehensive reproduction steps and user impact
- Work in partnership with Product, UX, Engineering, and QA teams to integrate accessibility into Agile processes
- Promote inclusive design and educate teams on real-world user scenarios using assistive technologies
- Uphold and represent values such as integrity, safety, and inclusivity within the organization
