Requirements
Must:
- 4-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or practical data science
- Proficient in Python with experience in ML libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
- Hands-on experience in developing complete end-to-end ML solutions
- Applied knowledge of GenAI / LLM concepts including RAG, embeddings, and prompting
- Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Azure
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Design, construct, and deploy production-grade AI/ML and GenAI solutions utilizing cloud-native architectures
- Develop models for natural language processing, predictive analytics, classification, and anomaly detection
- Implement solutions based on LLM, including retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, and embeddings
- Conduct data ingestion, feature engineering, and validation for both structured and unstructured data
- Deploy models following containerization and MLOps best practices; assist in monitoring and model retraining
- Collaborate with stakeholders and consultants to convert business requirements into AI solutions
- Ensure compliance with Responsible AI, security, and industry standards
