Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions for personalization, automation, customer engagement, and enhancing digital experiences.
- Build, train, and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and conversational AI.
- Apply Generative AI and NLP techniques to develop innovative solutions for customer-facing and internal automation.
- Lead Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) initiatives for new AI use cases within the Digital Experience ecosystem.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and experience teams to quickly prototype impactful AI solutions.
- Integrate AI models and capabilities with enterprise platforms such as Experience Management systems, Customer Data Platforms, Marketing Automation, and Cloud-based digital stacks.
- Ensure compliance with Responsible AI guidelines, data governance policies, and geo-specific privacy frameworks.
- Work alongside Experience Designers, Martech Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Digital Advisors to align AI solutions with business goals.
- Engage in client workshops and discussions to demonstrate AI capabilities, solution methodologies, and technical viability.
