Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in AI and Machine Learning solutions
- Proven architectural vision and hands-on leadership skills
- Expertise in advanced ML systems, GenAI, and LLM solutions
- Proficiency in end-to-end AI platform development
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with MLOps frameworks and AI governance
- Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the organizations AI roadmap and technical vision
- Mentor and guide AI/ML engineers and data scientists
- Assess and integrate emerging technologies like GenAI and LLMs
- Design scalable machine learning solutions for various applications
- Optimize LLM systems, including pipelines and AI assistants
- Develop reusable AI frameworks and internal toolkits
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AI system development
- Build large-scale cloud-native AI systems
- Establish standards for model quality and governance
- Create robust MLOps pipelines for model management
- Collaborate with executives and business leaders to find AI opportunities
- Translate complex business challenges into AI solutions
- Participate in technical reviews and AI architectural decision-making
