Requirements
Must:
- An associates degree (bachelors degree preferred)
- 2-3 years of administrative or admissions-related experience (experience in higher education preferred)
- Proficiency in handling data, systems, and spreadsheets (Excel experience required)
- Familiarity with CampusNexus, Salesforce (CRM), and Outlook (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for clarity and detail
- A customer service ethic and hospitality-oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, adapt to changes, and manage competing priorities
Responsibilities
- Monitor and guide newly accepted and re-entering students through the onboarding journey
- Organize and gather necessary documentation to complete admissions files
- Create, audit, and maintain student records to ensure compliance with admissions and program requirements
- Track important onboarding milestones such as financial aid packaging, background checks, and drug test results
- Keep tracking spreadsheets updated and provide data for reporting and decision-making
- Meet regularly with Admissions Advisors to ensure alignment and calibrate student pipelines
- Generate and distribute lists of accepted students for Program Directors and departments
- Assist with registration efforts and serve as primary backup for the front desk when necessary
- Participate in university events such as graduations, receptions, marketing functions, training sessions, and advisory committees
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and undertake additional responsibilities as needed
