Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Over 5 years in a formal software development role
- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Skilled in creating and utilizing web services (REST, WCF, etc.)
- Familiarity with Oracle Database and Microsoft .NET
- In-depth understanding of standard software development tools and coding best practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to quickly learn and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High computer proficiency
- Must be able to effectively read and communicate in English
Responsibilities
- Develop new software applications and modify existing programs as required
- Design user interfaces, database components (e.g., triggers, stored procedures, views), and business logic based on project needs and design specifications
- Produce high-quality, clean code by adhering to established coding practices and secure coding standards
- Manage database queries and facilitate the exchange of transactional data for business analysis, reporting, and decision-making
- Oversee software change management and version control in accordance with departmental policies
- Collaborate with development teams to assess technical requirements, shape user experience, and deliver highly functional solutions
- Create data models and technical specifications for new software initiatives
- Lead testing, debugging, monitoring, and troubleshooting of business applications and processes
