Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role as a Technical Project Manager
- Deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Proficiency with Power BI and Azure Cloud development
- Experience in application development using Python or .NET
- Background in supporting data delivery and requirements gathering
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project
- Problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills under pressure
- PMP or Scrum Master certification is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Design, program, construct, and implement new databases
- Guide technical teams in deploying applications and data analytics tools
- Oversee and manage technical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and budget compliance
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to outline project requirements and goals
- Create detailed project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans
- Track project advancements, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
- Provide updates on project status, challenges, and resolutions to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure compliance with best practices, standards, and methodologies in project management
- Conduct project meetings, such as kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and technical reports
- Cultivate a collaborative and efficient team atmosphere

This hybrid role requires in-office attendance for 2 days every other week at either our Birmingham, AL or Atlanta, GA office, and may involve additional on-site meetings. We offer a competitive hourly rate between $75.00 and $80.00, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance options, short-term disability, and a 401(k) plan.
