Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in object-oriented programming using languages such as C++, C#, Java, or Kotlin. Experience in developing native Android applications is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in UI-based application development.
- At least 2 years of experience with built-in and integration unit testing.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience writing or editing technical documentation.
- At least 3 years of experience in project sustainability or inheritance.
- Experience in project architecture is essential.
- Ability and willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.
- Open to communication with overseas teams outside of regular business hours.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- I contribute to fostering a positive, engaging, and stimulating work atmosphere.
- I provide valuable insights during sprint ceremonies to empower the software team and enhance the software development lifecycle.
- I actively participate in refining all company development processes and take the initiative to coach others in understanding these practices.
- I advocate for high-quality software development practices, comprehensive documentation, and thorough testing within my team.
- I lead individual development projects as required.

In this role, I participate in the development of software for fitness consoles alongside global R&D teams. I assist in clarifying requirements, elevating software quality, and onboarding new engineers. By leading through example, I utilize my technical expertise to enhance products and processes while effectively anticipating and addressing engineering development challenges early on.
