Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Over 5 years of experience in native Android development utilizing Kotlin and Java
- In-depth understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack libraries, and MVVM architecture
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and deployment on Google Play Store
- Strong communication skills and adeptness in problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications focused on fitness tracking, device integration, and retail interaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and hardware engineering, to provide seamless user experiences
- Integrate fitness-related APIs (such as Google Fit and Health Connect), Bluetooth fitness devices, and Internet of Things platforms
- Optimize application performance across various Android devices and screen dimensions
- Ensure secure management of user data, particularly health and fitness information
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and engage in architectural decision-making
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in Android development and advancements in fitness technology
