Requirements
Must:
- We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA, CPA, or ERP/SAP training is preferred.
- You should have 1-3 years of experience with MRP/ERP systems, including at least one full life cycle implementation with SAP FI and CO modules.
- A background in accounting with experience in general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable is essential.
- Proficiency with SAP in a support role or as a functional super user is required.
- Advanced computer skills, including familiarity with Windows servers and networking, are necessary.
- You should be willing to travel occasionally to remote offices (Canada, Mexico, Taiwan) for up to two weeks.
Responsibilities
- I want you to gain a thorough understanding of our complete business processes, especially in accounting, to assist SAP users effectively.
- Your tasks will involve providing support for accounts payable and accounts receivable, which includes data entry, payment applications, credit card processing, and ensuring PCI compliance.
- Please investigate issues, implement enhancements, and propose solutions to improve accounting accuracy.
- Management of financial structures such as cost centers, profit centers, and general ledger accounts will also be part of your role.
- You will support financial analysis using reporting tools like Report Painter (GR55).
- Assisting with the configuration of electronic bank statements and other process enhancements is essential.
- You’ll work with multiple currency transactions and collaborate with consultants to resolve data extraction issues.
- Training sessions to educate users on both new and existing SAP processes will be part of your responsibilities.
