Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Controls Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in developing control and system requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in controls development, including at least 3 years in Model-Based System Engineering
- Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink tooling, with 3 years of experience in model-based design for embedded systems
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident; sponsorship is unavailable
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with fellow engineers to create, test, and support control solutions for Chiller products
- Employ analytical thinking and disciplined design methodologies to develop effective control solutions
- Work autonomously while engaging with electronics, mechanical, software, and systems engineers to create comprehensive solutions
- Lead complex projects, oversee work products, and mentor junior engineers and interns to achieve shared product goals
