Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Profound technical knowledge in CPO/CPM retrofit offerings.
- Strong expertise in HVAC controls design optimization for retrofit projects.
- Experience with Johnson Controls METASYS or equivalent products is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Visio.
- Result-driven, persistent, self-motivated, with a strong focus on synergy and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
- Familiarity with the UAE controls service and retrofit market.
- Valid UAE driving license.

- As a Project Development Engineer, leverage your extensive understanding of building automation and controls to develop bids and proposals that align with customer specifications.
- Conduct preparation of RFI’s, carry out site surveys, and attend bid-clarification meetings.
- Gather quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, estimate in-house product costs, and assess costs for engineering, labor, and project management.
- Manage multiple tenders concurrently, coordinating with clients on specifications and technical clarifications to ensure timely and competitive proposal submissions.
