Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Over 4 years of experience in mechanical engineering
- Strong ability to organize and analyze large sets of data
- Background in product development and sustaining configurable systems
- Experience in HVAC commercial or Chiller industry (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of theories, concepts, and technical aspects related to water-cooled chillers
- Ensure timely completion of programs and consistently update on project statuses
- Demonstrate proficiency in mechanical design, transforming ideas into practical product solutions
- Apply relevant mechanical codes such as UL, CE, PED, and ASME
- Collaborate closely with design and manufacturing teams to produce layout concepts that optimize cost, performance, and reliability
- Coordinate and execute test programs to validate the effectiveness and durability of mechanical systems and components
- Analyze, design, modify, and troubleshoot mechanical sub-components using test data
- Create and review technical documentation for the product team
- Participate in occasional domestic and international travel (less than 10%)
- Emphasize teamwork and collaboration in our global product development environment
