Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)
- Preferred coursework: thermodynamics, machine design, fluid flow, intro to electrical engineering
- Adaptable and open to working across teams and locations
- Passion for learning, growth, and long-term impact
- Leadership experience from school, work, or community involvement
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly (using words and visuals)
- Comfortable organizing and analyzing data to resolve complex issues
- Team-oriented mindset with demonstrated collaboration experience
- Experience utilizing AI tools and technologies
- Internship or Co-op experience is a plus
- Willingness to relocate across the U.S.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
Responsibilities
- Engage in rotations across engineering, operations, product development, and more
- Work on impactful, real-world projects
- Collaborate with diverse teams to address intricate challenges
- Receive mentorship and coaching from experienced leaders and technical experts
- Develop problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities
- Assist in timely project delivery and progress tracking
- Design and execute a capstone project that highlights your development
Description
