Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)
- Preferred coursework in thermodynamics, machine design, fluid flow, and intro to electrical engineering
- Adaptable and willing to collaborate across various teams and locations
- Eager to learn, grow, and make a lasting impact
- Leadership experience through school, work, or community involvement
- Strong communication skills, capable of clearly presenting technical concepts (written and visual)
- Proficient in organizing and analyzing data to address complex challenges
- Collaborative mindset with a history of effective teamwork
- Experience with AI tools and technologies is beneficial
- Previous internship or co-op experience is advantageous
- Open to relocating within the U.S.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
Responsibilities
