Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field) - Preferred coursework: thermodynamics, machine design, fluid flow, intro to electrical engineering - Adaptable and willing to work across various teams and locations - Strong desire for learning, development, and making a lasting impact - Leadership experience from educational, professional, or community activities - Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly (orally and visually) - Competence in organizing and analyzing data for problem-solving - Team-oriented mindset with demonstrated collaborative experience - Familiarity with AI tools and technologies - Prior internship or co-op experience is a plus - Willingness to relocate within the U.S. - Valid passport for international travel - U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
