- Strong attention to detail, demonstrated through consistent, pixel-perfect execution of visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Establish and uphold design standards that enhance our brand identity.
- Stay ahead of design trends and introduce innovative ideas to the design team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the design team.

Description
We are on the lookout for a Principal UX Designer who can create visually captivating and user-friendly interfaces at Johnson Controls. We expect you to not only follow trends but to establish them, injecting originality and creativity into every project. You'll lead design efforts focused on developing user-centered digital experiences, significantly impacting how users engage with our products. This opportunity is located in Westford, MA. While we prefer candidates who live within commuting distance or are willing to relocate, remote options may be available for the right candidate. Hiring Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 (Salary will be determined based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, along with market alignment and internal equity.) This role comes with a competitive bonus plan tied to individual, group, and corporate performance, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
