Requirements

Must:
- I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or possess equivalent experience. - I have more than 5 years of experience integrating products into manufacturing processes. - I am proficient in a Product Lifecycle Management tool and experienced with Manufacturing Material Resource Planning or Enterprise Resource Planning tools. - I am capable of planning and estimating small projects. - I am willing to travel occasionally (less than 10%).

Responsibilities

- I will manage the flow of information between the engineering team and the manufacturing facility. - I will collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to align with customer expectations concerning product changes and the introduction of new products. - I will track and ensure proper implementation of all New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and changes, closing the loop effectively. - I will partner with manufacturing and engineering to identify solutions that minimize issues related to NPI and product changes. - I will work alongside senior leadership to establish manufacturing priorities and determine associated costs for NPI and changes, including aspects such as capital equipment, scrap, and depreciation.
