Electronics Engineering Manager

- Mentor and guide junior team members while offering technical and procedural direction - Manage the logistics of team members and assist in setting clear objectives aligned with corporate goals - Continuously improve internal processes and procedures, actively participating in design teams - Take on overall technical project management responsibilities for approved hardware products, adhering to product/market specifications - Transform marketing specifications into engineering requirements and develop them into detailed and measurable project plans - Execute assigned product development and project management tasks within established schedules, quality standards, cost constraints, and performance expectations - Research and assess relevant new technologies and products - Collaborate closely with Product Management and R&D management to define product strategies and directions - Work with Program Management throughout the New Product Introduction process - Engage in and contribute to the local ISO 9001 management team efforts - Approach problems and projects with a comprehensive understanding at both micro (e.g., hardware design, software design, packaging) and macro (e.g., system, interconnect strategies) levels - Operate within a collaborative product development environment
