Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Over 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, and related technologies
- Experience in creating scalable multi-threaded and multi-process solutions that ensure high availability
- Familiarity with Enterprise IT environments including MS SQL Server, Windows Server, EntraID, and SSO/OAUTH2
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and thoroughly tested solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across engineering, product, and external partners
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of .NET developers
- Conduct performance evaluations, career development planning, and recruitment
- Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive engineering culture
- Guide architectural and design decisions for .NET-based applications
- Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews, testing strategies, and adherence to best practices
- Keep current on trends in the .NET ecosystem and advocate for relevant technologies
- Demonstrate effective leadership by balancing hands-on .NET development with mentoring and managing a high-performing team
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to ensure timely delivery of features
- Define sprint goals, manage backlogs, and enforce agile best practices
- Monitor project health, assess risks, and manage dependencies
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tooling
- Advocate for DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, scalability, and performance standards
