### We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: - Over 10 years of software engineering experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior technical leadership role. - Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade platforms utilized by multiple product teams or external partners. - Profound expertise in cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP), microservices, and API-first design. - Solid understanding of identity management, RBAC, and event-driven architectures. - Experience with hardware device integration (preferably in the realm of physical security: Access Control, VMS, Alarms). - Proficiency with workflow automation and orchestration tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Node-RED, or similar). - Strong grasp of security and compliance standards (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR). - Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and observability (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana). - Exceptional people management skills, with a background in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams. - Willingness to travel 10-20%. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in physical security product domains such as Video Surveillance, Access Control, or Intrusion Detection. - Familiarity with video streaming protocols (RTSP, WebRTC), video analytics, or AI/ML model deployment. - Background in building developer ecosystems, SDKs, or partner integration programs. - Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS and hybrid deployment models. ###

Responsibilities

In this role, I will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of the core One Security Platform (OSP) architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and interoperable solutions across Access Control, Video Management Systems (VMS), Alarms, AI analytics, and other areas of physical security. My responsibilities include: - Strategic Leadership: - Defining and owning the technical vision and roadmap for the One Security Platform, ensuring alignment with the overall product and business strategy. - Collaborating closely with Product Management, Solution Engineering, and Application Development teams to set platform priorities. - Establishing platform governance to maintain consistency, scalability, and maintainability across multiple product lines. - Advocating for platform adoption throughout the company and partner ecosystem. - Architecture & Design: - Architecting and overseeing enterprise-scale, multi-tenant platforms with high availability, security, and performance requirements. - Leading the design of core platform services such as Identity & Access Management, Event Processing & Messaging Framework, API Gateway & Developer SDKs, Workflow & Automation Engine, integration frameworks for devices, third-party apps, and cloud services, as well as AI & Analytics pipelines. - Delivery & Execution: - Driving end-to-end platform delivery, from concept through Gate reviews to successful deployment. - Managing and optimizing development processes, including Agile ceremonies, CI/CD pipelines, and quality assurance practices. - Partnering with the DevOps team to ensure reliability, scalability, and observability. - Overseeing platform security practices, ensuring compliance with SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, and other regulations. - Team Leadership & Development: - Building and mentoring a cross-functional Platform Engineering team, including Core Services Engineers, Integration Engineers, Workflow & Automation Specialists, AI & Analytics Engineers, and DevOps & Infrastructure staff. - Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and ownership. - Defining career development paths and conducting regular performance reviews. - Stakeholder Management: - Serving as the primary technical contact for platform-related discussions with internal product teams, strategic partners, and key enterprise customers. - Communicating platform strategy, status, and performance to executive leadership. ###
