Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in data center or building controls, energy management, and leading high-performing teams
- Extensive knowledge in BMS, DCIM, PLC programming, and system integration
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in energy modeling and transforming complex data into actionable strategies
- A genuine passion for sustainability and technology-driven changes
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering; a Masters degree is preferred
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the global control systems architecture (BMS, DDCs, PLCs) for next-generation data centers
- Spearhead the creation of advanced control strategies and AI-driven optimization to achieve notable energy and cost savings
- Collaborate with IT and operations leaders to integrate real-time analytics and predictive insights into control platforms
- Advocate for the implementation of AI/ML algorithms for dynamic load and cooling optimization
- Build and nurture a top-tier team of engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Present strategic performance metrics, ROI analyses, and technology roadmaps to senior leadership
