Requirements

Must:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in a relevant technical role supporting Intelligence or Program Protection. - Strong background in collaboration with the intelligence community and cyber operations. - Proficient in data analysis utilizing both quantitative and qualitative techniques. - Experience in statistical analysis and data management. - Familiar with experimental methodologies. - Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, coupled with strong critical thinking skills. - Proven ability to lead teams and interact effectively with industry and government sponsors. - Willing to travel up to 25% for engagements at government and contractor sites. - Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance and be eligible for TS/SCI clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

- Deliver expertise in threat intelligence application and program protection for U.S. Nuclear Triad and Strategic Deterrent Systems, focusing on development program protection. - Collaborate with a diverse team of researchers across various disciplines including systems engineering, test and evaluation, and cybersecurity, to develop program protection activities and strategic deterrent initiatives. - Provide technical guidance in behavioral science applications, assessing program protection measures and predicting effectiveness across multi-domain situations. - Ensure the successful execution and quality of technical outputs by applying best practices in behavioral science. - Engage current and prospective sponsors to identify and cultivate new opportunities for support on critical challenges. - Investigate and explore innovative technologies for potential new applications to enhance operational concepts. - Participate in technical initiatives aligned with achieving strategic deterrence goals.
