Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline - Over 2 years of pertinent experience in software development, including design, integration, and testing of hardware/software systems - Proven ability to manage multiple projects while working independently and within small teams under tight deadlines - Willingness to work in classified environments and travel for field testing (approximately 15% of the time) - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members of diverse backgrounds and expertise, including team leadership - Eligibility to secure an Interim Secret security clearance and ultimately a Secret clearance, with a requirement of U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

- Develop system requirements and architectures for advanced sensor systems, leading designs through integration and testing - Take responsibility for comprehensive software development that communicates with innovative sensor systems to facilitate autonomous mission operations and present data effectively - Create and implement custom algorithms on compact hardware platforms designed for challenging environments - Analyze the performance of deployed systems - Conduct design reviews and testing, both in the lab and in the field, to assess and enhance system performance - Document development processes, engineering analyses, and testing in line with quality standards, and present findings to review teams - Ensure configuration management aligns with project protocols.
