Requirements
Must:
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related engineering disciplines.
- Possess over 5 years of experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar.
- Have at least 2 years of experience implementing AI and Machine Learning in real-world applications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in rapidly delivering innovative solutions and assessing their effectiveness.
- Show a willingness to collaborate with a diverse team of scientists and engineers to tackle new engineering challenges.
- Have experience in leading project initiatives.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills.
- Have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities for team collaborations and interactions with stakeholders.
- Be open to engaging with military personnel to understand their needs and requirements.
- Be eligible to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by your start date and ultimately acquire a Secret level clearance, with U.S. citizenship as a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Innovate and enhance air and missile defense planning tools and capabilities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive software solutions for intricate planning issues.
- Gather and address feedback from military personnel and analysts.
- Evaluate the potential applications of new AI and Machine Learning technologies in military planning.
- Collaborate with leaders in Air and Missile Defense to facilitate the integration of AI/ML into current tactical capabilities.
