Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a technical or scientific discipline such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science
- Proven experience in modeling, simulation, and analysis within the Air, Space, Surface, or Ground warfare domains
- Strong capacity for mastering new, challenging topics
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Proficient or fluent in programming or scripting languages such as MATLAB or Python
- Capability to obtain the required Special Access Program (SAP) level access
- Eligibility for Interim Secret level security clearance upon starting and ability to achieve Top Secret level clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis on the interactions of sensor, tracker, communication, and weapon systems within multi-domain, mission-level simulations to uncover significant trends and inform decision-making
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, evaluate risks, and document uncertainties in simulation results
- Collaborate with domain-specific experts and integrate key effects into a cohesive multi-domain simulation environment
- Work within a small team, mentoring junior analysts while partnering with senior engineers to guide project direction
- Engage in independent research endeavors that promote innovative solutions and reward initiative
- Present findings and insights to both technical specialists and key decision-makers through briefings
