Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven track record in mission-level modeling, simulation, and analysis in the air-to-air sector using tools such as AFSIM or Brawler. - Proficient in conducting quantitative analysis and adept at rapidly mastering new concepts. - Strong programming and scripting skills in languages such as Python, MATLAB, C/C++, or JAVA. - Ability to work effectively within a collaborative setting and communicate complex ideas to government personnel, military officers, and fellow contractors. - Must be able to obtain the necessary Special Access Program (SAP) level access. - Eligible for an Interim Secret level security clearance by start date and able to achieve a Top Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate and analyze the performance and deployment of airborne systems in intricate environments using AFSIM and other tools. - Create, assess, and analyze tactics and utilization strategies for innovative technologies such as air platforms, sensors, countermeasures, and weaponry, including manned-unmanned systems. - Collaborate with a team of analysts and senior engineers to shape the analysis direction based on your insights and expertise. - Present findings and research through briefings aimed at both technical experts and key decision-makers. - Engage in individual research initiatives that promote inventive solutions and acknowledge self-driven efforts.
