Requirements

Must:
I am looking for candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for the job, which include: - A BS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or an equivalent technical discipline with some sensor systems engineering experience. - A strong understanding of radars and/or physics-based phenomena affecting radar or communications systems. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - A willingness to travel up to 5% of the time as needed. - Ability to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by your start date and ultimately secure a Secret level clearance. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship. To exceed our minimum requirements, it would be beneficial if you also have: - An MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or an equivalent technical discipline along with 3+ years of relevant experience. - Experience with advanced DoD sensors and combat systems, particularly in the aforementioned areas. - Experience leading technical teams.

System Engineer

Responsibilities

As a Radar System Engineer at our company, you will: - Creatively apply your technical skills to identify and solve problems. - Collaborate with teams of other sensor engineers, software developers, combat system engineers, and physicists. - Invent, explore, and use modeling and simulation (M&S) capabilities, data analysis tools, and machine learning algorithms. - Apply signal and data processing tools, including machine learning, to large data sets to develop novel algorithms. - Investigate and address problems due to emergent phenomenology.
