Requirements

Must:
- Hold a Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a closely related field. - Possess a minimum of five years of relevant systems engineering experience. - Have at least three years of practical experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). - Demonstrate knowledge of wireless communication systems and IP-based networking. - Exhibit a solid understanding of systems engineering principles and practices. - Familiarity with digital engineering and systems engineering modeling techniques and methodologies. - Knowledgeable about systems engineering frameworks like DODAF and UAF. - Willing to stay current with recent advancements in digital engineering, including MBSE and related tools. - Capable of analyzing complex problems and formulating innovative solutions, particularly in system architecture and integration. - Possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities. - Demonstrate proficiency in leading projects, working independently, and collaborating effectively within a team. - Willingness to travel occasionally for work, both locally and non-locally. - Hold an active Top Secret security clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship and willingness to undergo government security clearance investigation.

Responsibilities

- Enhance your systems and digital engineering skills through training and collaboration with fellow engineers, digital engineers, and MBSE modelers. - Identify and implement methods, processes, and guidelines to create artifacts vital for the capability development process. - Engage with teams focused on improving the capabilities of essential Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) systems, utilizing digital engineering to evaluate existing and proposed systems and platforms. - Present concepts, solutions, and analysis findings effectively to sponsors and working groups. - Cooperate with engineers and scientists in a multidisciplinary environment to produce high-quality digital engineering products.
