Requirements

Must:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications: - You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business & Technology Management, or a related field—or you have equivalent experience gained through internships or entry-level positions. - You possess at least 1 year of experience in application development, support, or similar technical roles. - You have experience with development concepts or programming languages such as SQL, Java, or .NET. - You can demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. - You communicate effectively with both technical teams and end users. - You are familiar with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio. - You hold U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status, as required to access our facilities and networks, in accordance with applicable laws. You will stand out if you can also demonstrate: - Experience supporting Human Resource applications, especially Workday. - Familiarity with or interest in Workday Studio, Prism, APIs (REST/SOAP), or other HRIS platforms. - Knowledge of ITSM best practices and/or experience with ServiceNow or other IT ticketing systems. - Relevant professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, HDI, etc.

Responsibilities

As a Software Application Support Specialist in our Information Technology Services Department, you will: - Provide daily technical support for enterprise applications, particularly Workday HCM modules (including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation). - Troubleshoot and analyze application issues, working collaboratively with senior team members to suggest and implement effective solutions. - Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of customized Workday Extend applications (training will be provided). - Monitor production environments, support issue resolution, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders and customers. - Assist with system testing, configuration updates, and user training to enhance system performance and usability. - Collaborate with teams across HR, IT, and business units to gather requirements and support system improvements. - Stay informed about Workday platform updates and industry best practices. - Exhibit curiosity and initiative in acquiring new tools, systems, and processes.

Compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $180,000 annually, depending on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education, training, and skill level.
