- I have verified experience providing support in both Windows and macOS environments within a BYOD setting. - I possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of leveraging AI-driven insights for quicker resolutions. - I am knowledgeable in Active Directory, Microsoft 365 administration, and Exchange management. - I am familiar with AI support tools, including chatbots or virtual assistants (such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT for ITSM) and predictive analytics for device monitoring. - I have experience with automated ticket classification and workflow tools, as well as an understanding of network infrastructure concepts like firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and VoIP. - I am experienced with Atlassian or similar ticketing systems that are enhanced by automation rules or AI plugins. - I have knowledge of cybersecurity tools utilizing AI for anomaly detection and response. - I have experience in supporting printers (Konica Minolta, HP) and print management systems (e.g., PaperCut). - I possess excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills. - I can work independently while maintaining strong collaboration across distributed teams. - Familiarity with real estate technology systems and processes is an added advantage. - I hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation. - I am willing to travel within the assigned region and can lift up to 15 pounds. - I am committed to a professional appearance and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- I provide tier-one and tier-two technical support for both Windows and macOS devices, addressing system configuration, driver installation, email setup, and AI-assisted troubleshooting. - I utilize AI-enabled helpdesk systems (like Atlassian, Freshservice, or Microsoft Copilot) to streamline ticket triage, recommend resolutions, and improve response times. - I administer user accounts through Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange, managing password resets and security configurations. - I oversee the onboarding process, which includes new hire setup, system provisioning, and user training, while utilizing automation and AI-driven onboarding tools wherever applicable. - I assist with access issues across browsers and cloud platforms and work in collaboration with network specialists to resolve connectivity and security challenges (VPN, VLAN, VoIP, and firewall systems). - I create and maintain knowledge base articles and training materials using generative AI tools to ensure clear and consistent communication. - I employ AI-driven endpoint management and monitoring tools (such as Microsoft Intune, CrowdStrike Falcon Insight, or Atera) to proactively detect, diagnose, and prevent issues. - I support the implementation of cybersecurity measures, including spam filtering, antivirus management, and data integrity checks using AI-enhanced threat detection systems. - I serve as the regional point of contact for agents and staff, ensuring seamless technology operations and a positive user experience. - I travel to office locations within the assigned region at least two days per week as required for on-site support or system rollout projects.

I expect the ideal candidate to demonstrate their skill and knowledge in both Windows and macOS environments while utilizing AI-powered support tools to boost efficiency, automate diagnostics, and enhance end-user satisfaction. This position is full-time with an annual salary range between $50,000.00 - $58,000.00.
