Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with COTS applications and platforms
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with SaaS applications and platforms
- Extensive experience in business analysis, requirements documentation, and SDLC within agile development environments (4 years)
- 8 years of experience in defining and documenting user requirements from various sources, with expertise in crafting detailed documents
- 8 years of experience in mapping or developing business processes in new systems
- 8 years of experience conducting meetings and documenting project decisions
- Strong capability to engage in a project team environment, promoting collaboration and effective communication, both oral and written (8 years)
- Preferred 2 years of experience with COTS applications transitioning to low-code SaaS applications
- Desirable experience or knowledge regarding the VITA Procurement process or similar
- General knowledge of VITA governance over agencies like DHP (2 years)
- Familiarity with professional licensure processes, particularly medical licenses (2 years)
Responsibilities
- Lead project initiation activities to determine current and future state requirements
- Collaborate with business and Information Systems teams to identify needs and create comprehensive Requirements Definition documents within established timelines
- Ensure that documented requirements are clear, precise, complete, and compliant with agency standards and guidelines
- Assist in developing necessary processes and templates under the direction of project leadership to standardize documentation into a user-friendly and repeatable format
- Support the Procurement team in translating requirements for inclusion in a Statement of Work (SOW)
