Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity and cloud security.
- Extensive understanding of cloud security principles, encompassing network security, encryption, and data protection.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Terraform for automating security processes.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms, along with knowledge of their architecture and best practices.
- Familiarity with firewall technologies, including Checkpoint and Cisco ASA.
- Solid comprehension of identity and access management (IAM) and database security.
- Capability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to infuse security into the software development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated success in ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Create and enforce security strategies for cloud environments to protect digital assets.
- Design and develop secure solutions that match industry best practices and meet organizational objectives.
- Automate security processes and workflows through scripting and configuration management tools.
- Work alongside teams in engineering, development, compliance, and IT to integrate security into cloud projects.
- Perform threat modeling and risk assessments to uncover vulnerabilities and lessen risks.
- Ensure that all cloud deployments comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Leverage expertise in Azure and other cloud-native services to enhance security architecture.
- Monitor and react to security incidents within cloud environments, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Offer guidance and support concerning identity and access management strategies.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in cloud security to continuously enhance systems.
