Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience in network engineering, covering design, configuration, and troubleshooting of Cisco switches, routers, and wireless connectivity
- Proven experience in performing onsite deployments for mid-sized to large organizations
- Solid understanding of network security measures and controls
- Proficiency in using network monitoring and logging tools, such as SolarWinds, LiveNX, and ELK
- Capability to conduct periodic assessments of network performance and compliance, along with optimization and long-term planning
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills suitable for conveying complex technologies in business language
- Experience in designing, architecting, and implementing solutions related to routing, switching, and data centers within multi-vendor settings
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects
Responsibilities
- Design and engineer wired and wireless Local and Wide Area Networks (LAN/WAN) as well as branch offices within a Hybrid Data Center/Cloud framework
- Deliver scalable, resilient, and secure networking solutions for our company, advisors, and their clients
- Conduct site deployments and configuration setups for network infrastructures
- Implement network security controls and continuously enhance security measures
- Utilize monitoring tools to track network performance and log activities
- Perform evaluations on network performance metrics and ensure compliance
- Produce reports on network optimization and contribute to long-term network planning
