Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree with at least 8 years of experience in IT project management or a Masters Degree with 6 years of experience
- Proven track record in delivering complex, cross-functional projects
- Demonstrated experience in managing high-performing, geographically dispersed teams across multiple locations and vendors
- Advanced understanding of project life cycles and methodologies (including waterfall, agile, and iterative development)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Unified Namespace (UNS) concepts and building data taxonomy/naming standards is preferred
- Experience with GxP projects and system integrations is advantageous
- Knowledge of the Medical Affairs business function
- Background in the life sciences industry is preferred
- PMP certification is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale IT projects from conception through to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to fulfill objectives
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards throughout the project life cycle
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
