Requirements
Must:
- Possession of an associates degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least five years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, or technical leadership roles.
- Minimum of two years of hands-on full-stack software development experience.
- Proficiency in modern UI frameworks, backend services, data design, and DevOps automation.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, data security, and cloud-based practices.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to mentor and guide development teams on architectural principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and their ethical usage.
Responsibilities
- Define and uphold enterprise architecture standards for applications, integrations, data, cloud, and security.
- Lead architecture reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise guidelines and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for application modernization and digital transformation.
- Evaluate and recommend SaaS, PaaS, and custom solutions based on their features, scalability, and security.
- Architect complex, multi-system integrations to enhance operational capabilities (e.g., CRM, ERP).
- Provide architectural oversight on significant enterprise initiatives.
- Design and construct prototypes or proofs-of-concept for new technologies and architectures.
- Translate business needs into robust and flexible technical architectures in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Promote the use of AI tools to enhance secure and high-quality development.
- Establish best practices for responsible AI usage in solution design and implementation.
- Advocate for cloud-native design principles and DevOps best practices, including infrastructure automation.
- Guide the adoption of CI/CD pipelines and scalable deployment frameworks.
- Ensure applications are secure and compliant in multi-cloud environments.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
- Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor technical teams in architectural principles and standards.
