Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience in designing and developing ETL processes using Python
- Proven hands-on expertise with Apache Airflow for orchestrating workflows
- Experience in integrating data from Snowflake, flat files, and REST/JSON public APIs
- Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and production data engineering practices
- Strong collaborative skills to work across distributed teams; occasional travel is necessary
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with an emphasis on reliability and scalability
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into precise technical solutions
- Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Preferred: Background in financial services or wealth management sectors
- Preferred: Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD practices
- Preferred: Familiarity with cloud service platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
