Requirements
Must:
- 6-10 years of experience as a Technical Sourcer or Software Recruiter
- Proven experience in sourcing software engineering positions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sourcing-intensive environment
- Strong knowledge of contemporary software engineering roles and profiles
- Proficiency in advanced Boolean and X-ray sourcing techniques
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub for sourcing
- Skilled in pipeline development and effective outbound messaging
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Implement outbound sourcing strategies for software engineering roles
- Build and sustain robust candidate pipelines utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, GitHub, and various sourcing tools
- Collaborate closely with software recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements
- Assess candidate suitability at a high level and clearly communicate fit
- Deliver qualified candidates who are prepared for interviews for ongoing software requisitions
