Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment focused on software and hardware sectors
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting across all levels in a high-volume, dynamic startup
- In-depth knowledge of AI recruiting and experience with mechanical and electrical engineering talent
- Strong grasp of HR practices and labor regulations
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of nurturing relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Excellent decision-making skills and proficiency in managing multiple tasks
- Skilled in using HR software and candidate management systems
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a history of successful placements
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
- Robust analytical skills and problem-solving proficiency
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent in the tech sector, particularly software engineers, hardware engineers, AI experts, and mechanical/electrical engineers
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to thoroughly understand the requirements for each role and craft a customized recruiting plan
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, networking, employee referrals, and job postings, to identify high-caliber candidates
- Conduct preliminary screening interviews to evaluate both technical expertise and cultural fit
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, fostering a professional and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain meticulous and current records of candidate information within our applicant tracking system
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market insights, and innovative recruitment methods to attract and assess top talent
- Engage in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including the evaluation of effective interviewing practices, optimization of internal talent resources, and identification of outstanding candidates for senior-level positions
