Must:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. - At least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, particularly in the hardware and software sectors. - Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting across all levels, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. - Strong expertise in AI recruitment, along with experience in sourcing for mechanical and electrical engineering roles. - Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and labor laws. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships with candidates and hiring teams. - Strong decision-making capacity and adeptness at managing multiple priorities. - Proficiency in HR software and candidate tracking systems. - Excellent negotiation abilities, demonstrated through a successful placement history. - Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and documentation skills. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement recruiting and sourcing strategies to identify top talent within the tech sector, focusing on software and hardware experts, AI specialists, and mechanical/electrical engineers. - Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to determine the unique requirements of each position and devise a customized recruiting strategy. - Utilize a range of sourcing methods, including social media, networking, employee referrals, and job advertisements, to attract high-caliber candidates. - Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate both technical skills and cultural compatibility. - Oversee the candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring positive and professional interactions. - Maintain accurate and current candidate information within our applicant tracking system. - Keep abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting practices to source and assess elite talent. - Engage in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including evaluating interview best practices and identifying top prospects for senior-level roles.
