Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Masters degree or CPA certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position within the Accounting and Finance sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
- Solid expertise in cash flow management and manufacturing accounting.
- Demonstrated ability in preparing annual budgets and managing the year-end close process.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and forecasting techniques.
- Proficient in MS Office and financial management software, such as SAP.
- Outstanding leadership and organizational capabilities.
- Analytical mindset paired with strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all accounting activities, focusing on cash flow management, financial reporting, and balance sheet oversight.
- Lead the preparation and dissemination of financial statements, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
- Formulate, implement, and oversee annual budgets to align with corporate strategic goals.
- Manage the accounting processes specific to manufacturing to guarantee prompt and accurate financial reporting.
- Direct and coordinate all fiscal reporting tasks, including analysis of revenue, expenses, and capital assets.
- Facilitate and oversee the annual audit process, collaborating with external auditors and evaluating necessary changes.
- Oversee the year-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial reports.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls for the integrity of financial data.
- Design and execute financial strategies and systems that align with the organizations objectives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
