Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar capacity, with hands-on experience in writing queries and exploring APIs.
- Solid understanding of .NET, SQL, APIs, and SaaS platforms.
- Proficient in data analysis, able to convert data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Axure Wireframing and other wireframing tools.
- Demonstrable experience in software documentation and in gathering requirements.
- Excellent communication abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a critical and strategic approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Utilize .NET, APIs, and SaaS technologies to design, develop, and implement technical solutions that fulfill business necessities.
- Perform data analysis to inform decision-making processes and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive software documentation, ensuring all specifications and workflows are accurately represented and updated.
- Employ Axure Wireframing to design and implement user interface layouts that enhance user experience.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, ensuring that all stakeholders perspectives are captured and addressed.
- Translate intricate technical concepts into clear terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure solution designs and implementations meet business requirements.
- Continuously evaluate system performance and functionality to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
