Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Over 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst with a strong track record in leading tech teams
- Proficient in .NET/C#, Data Analysis, Axure Wireframing, and software documentation
- Significant experience working with SaaS solutions
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and process documentation
- Exceptional leadership abilities, inspiring and motivating team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an aptitude for identifying business needs and translating them into technical solutions
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical information effectively to various stakeholders
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Perform thorough data analysis to identify business needs and opportunities
- Apply expertise in .NET and SaaS to craft and execute efficient technical solutions
- Develop wireframes and documentation using Axure, ensuring clear communication of specifications to all stakeholders
- Engage in detailed requirements gathering, documenting all processes to address business needs in technical solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives and strategic goals
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as needed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
