Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in the spacecraft sector.
- Proven background in the design, analysis, and verification of significant space programs.
- In-depth knowledge of system-level integration and verification plans, particularly in conducting comprehensive end-to-end testing to confirm mission requirements.
- Capability to collaborate with subsystem teams to address integration challenges, ensuring mission preparedness.
- Ability to secure a security clearance.
- Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to think critically and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Proven effectiveness in a collaborative team environment to meet project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, analysis, and verification activities for major space initiatives, ensuring all systems operate as expected.
- Formulate and execute system-level integration and verification plans, conducting comprehensive testing to ensure alignment with mission objectives.
- Collaborate with subsystem teams to identify and resolve integration issues, guaranteeing mission readiness.
- Provide technical expertise and support during testing and real-time mission operations as required.
- Leverage your experience to drive ongoing enhancements to our processes and systems, promoting operational efficiency and effectiveness.
