Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Software Engineer, or Data Engineer
- Proficient in deploying machine learning models in production settings
- Strong programming abilities in Python, Scala, Java, or equivalent languages
- Experience in constructing and managing robust data pipelines and distributed architectures
- Solid SQL skills with a focus on optimizing complex queries
- Familiarity with contemporary data platforms such as Spark, Snowflake, or Databricks
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data systems in production
- Experience in developing APIs and backend services (e.g., Flask, Django, Spring)
- Excellent communication capabilities, comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders
- (Nice to have) Advanced degree in data science or related discipline
- (Nice to have) Familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or scikit-learn
- (Nice to have) Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- (Nice to have) Exposure to AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or similar enterprise ML platforms
- (Nice to have) Contributions to open-source projects or relevant side projects
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive machine learning solutions, encompassing inference, retraining, monitoring, and lifecycle management
- Architect and construct environments that allow data scientists to effectively develop and implement models
- Define deployment strategies and infrastructure to ensure reliable model operations in production
- Collaborate directly with customer systems to extract, transform, and prepare data for analytics and machine learning applications
- Work in partnership with data scientists to transition experimental models into scalable and maintainable solutions
- Formulate operational testing strategies and oversee quality assurance, validation, deployment, and continuous optimization
- Provide technical thought leadership across application, data, and infrastructure domains
