Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5 years of experience in Brand Management, eCommerce strategy, or Amazon account management, preferably in an agency setting
- Extensive knowledge of Amazon marketplace operations, including catalog management, PPC advertising, and sales forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization/reporting
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships, focusing on strategic consulting and problem-solving
- Experience overseeing projects with sizable budgets and high-stakes decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Strong project management capabilities, adept at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience mentoring and training junior team members
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of brand portfolios for assigned clients, driving growth strategies and overseeing daily brand operations
- Perform comprehensive brand audits to identify opportunities and formulate actionable growth plans in line with client goals
- Develop and implement sales forecasts, advertising campaigns (including PPC strategies), and optimize product catalogs
- Act as the main client contact, fostering robust relationships, proactively resolving issues, and ensuring achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct client business reviews (monthly, quarterly, or as necessary) with customized presentations using Google Slides and other reporting tools
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating internal resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring on-time delivery of results
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in up to three specialized departmental areas, offering training and best-practice guidance to colleagues
- Mentor junior team members, aiding their professional development and aligning their goals with department objectives
- Regularly evaluate process efficiencies, contribute to strategic initiatives, and uphold high-performance standards
