Software Systems Engineer - SKI Design

- Oversee comprehensive warehousing and logistics operations across all facilities on a 24/7 basis. - Create and execute strategic warehouse initiatives aligned with the companys long-term goals, including extensive staffing and support structures. - Implement outstanding 3PL practices and optimize space planning to enhance efficiency in distribution and fulfillment, while maximizing warehouse revenue. - Foster collaboration among supply chain, manufacturing, and finance leadership to achieve business objectives and growth targets. - Coordinate and fine-tune warehouse material planning strategies to bolster production and supply chain functions. - Supervise warehouse billing processes in coordination with the finance department to ensure accuracy and prompt invoicing. - Utilize advanced technology and data systems to streamline operations and boost efficiency through ERP and WMS systems. - Develop KPI scorecards and management reporting tools to track performance metrics. - Lead, recruit, mentor, and cultivate a team of warehouse and logistics managers, supervisors, and leads to promote exceptional performance and support talent mobility. - Establish and sustain a warehouse inventory strategy aimed at meeting key KPIs concerning inventory accuracy, utilization, and management of slow-moving or obsolete stock. - Maintain positive relationships with external partners, including supply chain teams, 3PL carriers, warehouses, and customers. - Oversee management of site fleet assets, ensuring effective utilization and maintenance of both forklifts and OTR assets.
