Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven expertise in software development for .NET, Azure, iOS, Android, Maui, or similar platforms.
- Strong comprehension of the software development life cycle.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating software developers.
- Strong project management capabilities, demonstrated by successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to navigate technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills, adept at explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Awareness of contemporary technologies and industry trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and cultivate a high-performing software development team, encouraging a culture of innovation and ongoing enhancement.
- Formulate and implement the organizations technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Supervise the design, development, and implementation of software applications across various platforms (.NET, Azure, iOS, Android, Maui).
- Guarantee the delivery of top-notch software solutions within established timelines.
- Promote the adoption of best practices in software development, covering coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize software development requirements.
- Manage software development projects, assuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into our software development processes as needed.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the software development team.
